This is a Black Crushed Opal glass pipe made by Harold Ludeman. The tubing used to make this is made in house and is the product of 3 years of working on making very dense/sparkly crushed opal tubing.

  • Dimensions:  Will Vary, but between 4.7"-5"+
  • Weight: 5+ ounces 
  • Bowl Size : Thumb (fat)
  • Bowl Hole 3.2-3.8mm (avg 3.5) 
  • Carb is raised and is between 6-7mm
  • Mouth hole is 6mm but no bigger than 7mm
  • Flat spot is very flat, I go for a stamped out of metal look, so it sits very well.
  • Opal is Kyocera and is Synthetic (Real opals have impurities and can't survive the glass blowing/heating process)
  • Clear is Simax borosilicate, which is made in the Czech Republic and some of the best in the world. 
  • Black base color is North Star Glass which is made right here in Portland Oregon.

this pipe exceeded expectations, it’s heavy, the glass is thick and high quality, and the overall quality of the pipe itself is amazing. the crushed opals look even better in person, it’s my dads prized piece!! couldn’t have asked for it to be more worth the price point!
